Unissued 1960 Rock & Roll - STEVE BARRON - Alexander's RB UK 1960 Silverdisc Acetate Unknown

Upload #1024 ~ HQ from UK 45 pictured ~~ 1 of 3 tracks from an Unknown c.1960 Silverdisc/ Rapid Recording Service of London acetate. This guy sounds very like Conway Twitty & probably all he ever recorded. Most acetates like this are Home recordings of no real merit, but this 4 track Acetate is a bit awesome so to put excerpts of the tracks, if the full versions are 30 secs-1 min longer.....

His version of Alexander's Ragtime Band has such energy & great backing, only a short track on the disc. This guy is amazing, hear all 3 track excerpts.

A Stephen W Barron was born 1943 in East Retford, Staffordshire so likely is him aged about 17 when he moved to London. this acetate & 2 others on the label found at a Car Boot last year around London.
