I'm not feeling that gas pipe running along the wall.
ОтветитьI would hold out to see what else is available. That particular apt didn't do anything for me. I can see someone buying that as an investment and using as an air bnb.
ОтветитьThey are just showing you san fransisco area which is overrated, loud bars at night which will not let you sleep, not much side walks, only good thing is close to parque omar, but you have a car, so try to check El cangrejo, Obarrio, Marbella, Costa del Este if you are willing to pay rent of 1.5k, Clayton, albrook are amazing, but san fransisco, coco del mar are pain in the butt, punta pacifica or paitilla are amazing but expensive
ОтветитьI appreciate you showing all kinds of properties. This one may just appeal to some but maybe not to others. It's just how the cookie crumbles I guess in that market. Keep em coming L. I watch every single one 😊
ОтветитьDo the condo properties that you have been showcasing have an HOA fee? If so, how much do they usually run? This is for those interested in purchasing. Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьUnits need to be update. Seems overpriced. Are prices negotiable?
ОтветитьThat's expensive considering where I'm from LR. AR. I bought my 3-bedroom home, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage for $10,000 less.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing, moving to San Francisco or Costa Del Este. Still undecided
ОтветитьAre there mortgages in Panama or is it like Mexico where it’s cash only
ОтветитьKeep the tours coming..love it!!
ОтветитьGreat content. Thanks
ОтветитьI’ve been considering the move to Panama! I ran across your channel and am loving it…very informative!!! Do the apts have tubs?? I notice there are only showers
ОтветитьI agree on that first apt. It's been proven the electric grid can cause cancer but normally if it's within a certain distance. But still we move to Panama to be healthy why take the chance. The gas line is normally hidden with crown moulding.
ОтветитьYou can always bring your own chairs, right?
ОтветитьI really appreciate your insights. I've been living at the yacht club tower for the past month. It is amazing that you can buy oceanfront property for under $300,000. However I am taking Panama off my list of places to live permanently. Panama City is very hot and very humid 365 days of the year. The infrastructure here is not great. I don't like walking down the street having to worry about falling into an uncovered sewer. On the plus side the seafood is wonderful and the people are very nice. I love a lot of the fresh produce but it is very limited at times. As someone with a passion for cooking I require many items at my disposal. I'm sure many people would love to live here but it's just not quite right for me
ОтветитьYep, move on from this one. 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьI keep seeing Apartments. Where are the reasonable homes located. Can you find a 3bd 2bath around $500 or less per month like in Mexico ? I keep hearing the cost of living is cheap it seems housing isn’t.
Ответитьthat's not Werth buying for 176,500
ОтветитьI do understand that you want a place in the city. I would like something in the countryside, coming from Chicago.
ОтветитьDo they do 1 to 3 month leases?
For purchasing; what is the condo / HOA fee?
You are cracking me up..."jailhouse for the children" - your sense of humor is so me!!!!
ОтветитьMany content creators showcase Avenida Balboa, El Cangrejo, Punta Pacifica, and San Francisco….some of Panama City’s most expensive neighborhoods. But when you check the comments, there’s often price pushback….
Yes, Panama City is world-class, but calling it “expensive” is relative. Many of these same people wouldn’t have lived in Georgetown or Alexandria if they were from D.C. or Brookhaven or Buckhead in Atlanta. Yet, in Panama, they expect to live in the most upscale areas and still call it “affordable.”
For a realistic cost of living, areas like San Carlos, La Chorrera, Pedasí, or Arraiján offer rentals between $400–$600/month while maintaining great quality of life. Arraiján is only 30 minutes from the city, while San Carlos offers a beachside lifestyle just under an hour away.
Highlighting these areas matters because that’s what many expats actually do…find comfort and affordability just outside the city instead of chasing a lifestyle they never had back home.
Thank you for this information.
ОтветитьOkay, this is much better in terms of aesthetics and a view would make this perfect. 👍🏽
ОтветитьWe bought a unit in Tower 600 and bought it through foreclosure for 145000. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are deals to find if you know who to talk to.
ОтветитьIt would be nice to include what the HOA fee is if purchasing.
ОтветитьHello, me again! I hope all is well. I was able to make contact with the realtor you shared. I’m wonder if there is another platform Im able to message you on with a couple of questions re: the process of working with her.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this neighborhood ad i was considering moving there as my weekend apartment when I want to leave the brach area of Playa Blanca.💪
ОтветитьThats crazy with the gas line, Ive never seen that.😮
