Great video but I definitely let people know what alkalinity to have knowing that that’s the biggest swing in the majority of the tanks

I love gsp but I can't keep them alive. I tried them on three different occasions. No luck. My reef is seven years old. I wanted to get them to grow on the back of my tank, but it wasn't in the cards. I purchased a high end zoe at a reef show several years ago. I can't remember its name. I really wasn't trying to have bragging rights owning it, I just fell in love with it's colors. Its mouth is dark blue. The center is lavender with two dark blue dots on each side of its mouth and the edge is green with yellow intertwined in it. Its a very slow growing coral, only growing around five or six polyps a year. My other zoas grow like crazy.

Can you glue a ricordea to a rock. Right now i have one that lays on the sand bed that is attached to a very small rock. could i glue that tiny rock to a larger rock?

Easiest in my opinion are 1 Kenya tree, 2 green star polyps, 3 pulsing xenia, 4 gorgonian, I had them in a tap water reef tank, no water changes, at a salinity of 1.020 as my refractometer was not accurate at all lol only found out until I broke down the tank and took them to the store, also they survived months and months after I introduced a coral infected with dinos, that's the only reason I shut the tank down because of not being able to get rid of dinos.

Hey Brock, do you think you can do a video sometime on how to set up a reef tank? I want to set my 50 gallon into a reef tank with corals but I’m not sure how 🤔

My tank is crashing! I lost a lot of corals from being sick and losing about 50 % vision and several surguries to help regain. Plus my rodi was reading 0 during all this and didint realize how long it had been since I changed filters. The only coral unaffected is my torches! Crazy right? Oh mushrooms and and both the rock flower and bubble tips anemones are fine. GSP and pectinia and most zoas hanging in there but affected.. Hopefully several large water changes will restore but now I have to get more!
