Nice interview. However, Kugelman was clueless on the Nov 26 massacre. It is very clear in numerous videos that not only sniper fire but LMG live bullet fire was seen for a prolonged period of time and that there are hundreds dead and thousands injured. The only question is: Why have the PTI leaders not conducted a Press Conference with complete evidence of numbers of dead, injured, and missing??

It is evident that Kugelman speaks the language of the State Department and the US establishment and that he has no "independent" line. He just poses as an independent "analyst" to influence Pakistanis. I believe he will fail in this endeavor from now onwards.

I live in Australia n I believe no western country give a shit about Pakistan or even about their own citizens when it comes to their political, economical, financial benefits but they do show off that they care about everything same like Pakistani politicians. Politicians all over the world are same and there r 2 political parties all over the world including western part as well, one by one on their turn, they do whatever establishment wants them to do and in case of pakistan the third party PTI came and which was the biggest mistake of establishment. In Australia labor and liberal comes in government one by one and do best of their shit and mess up and then the people choose the vice versa and same thing happens, which is same for America and Uk and most of the world. I cannot but feel that Mr. Kugelman is struggling to admit (and why) the truth of the level of oppression in Pakistan. You have very correctly tried to take him to task by, for example, asking him what numbers constitute a massacre. I am now hearing that the scale of massacre might be actually in hundreds and all evidence ( bodies and blood) were quickly and premeditately taken care of just like in the Lal Masjid and Benazir killing.

Mike more than 400 people died. Just look at the video which has sporadic fire which continued for more than 2 hours. That is why the closed the lights and used specially supplied sniper guns. They closed all lights of buildings from around 8 pm till around 2am, during which the Army brought in trucks and Ambulances & removed the dead bodies and have taken an undisclosed location and mass graves. No wonder Army was deployed at PIMS & other Hospitals and civilians were not allowed to enter or meet Drs. Lists of dead brought in and injured were secretly removed. Eye witnesses from heard all this firing and have conveyed to their Govts through reports submitted by them. It was DEFINITELY A MASSACRE.houses and buildings saw all this sporadic fire from Army snipers who were deployed on to of buildings. Almost all Embassy staff heard all this. It was definitely a MASSACRE.

The Pakistani journalists needs to bring the truth and have this guy interview by Ryan Grim ! The generals admitted they fired at the Pakistani citizens and throw one Pakistani citizens over the 3 story container ! There are dead bodies and nudging persons !
