📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Let Go: Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs from your belly to your chest, and exhale gently through your mouth. Maintain a steady pace and fully utilize your diaphragm. Repeat this 40 times.
2️⃣ Breath Hold: After your final exhale, let the air out completely and hold your breath as long as you can without force. Hold until the natural urge to breathe arises.
3️⃣ Full Inhale: When the urge to breathe hits, take a deep, full breath, expanding your chest completely. Hold the breath for around 15 seconds, then release naturally.
4️⃣ Repeat: Complete this process for a total of 4 rounds.

[00:00] 1st round: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 1 minute
[03:37] 2nd round: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 1 minute 30 seconds
[07:37] 3rd round: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 2 minutes
[12:07] 4th round: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 2 minutes 30 seconds
