I think he knows deep down that what Dr Phil is telling him is tue, he just wants to believe in his daughter, probably can't face the awful reality. It says a lot for the man that despite what Erin did, he chose to forgive and support her. She's still his daughter and he still loves her.

This girl in Michigan, Tia Skinner, masterminded a plot to have her parents killed. They were stabbed by her boyfriend and his friend. Her father died, her mother survived. Sentence? Life in prison without parole. She tried to appeal for a lower sentence because she was 17 when it happened and it got shot down. Why didnt this girl get LWOP?

How do you transition from the daughter that everybody would dream of to sitting in a car plotting the death of your family every parent in America wants to know what do we look for how does this happen, I guess you know Charlie was my first real boyfriend favourite girl my age you know talks about you know we’re getting pregnant and having a family and every girl wants that i was just crying, How does being grown become murder you needed them out of the way for a reason what was it, was it freedom thing, maybe, were you shocked to hear that your father survived, uhm, what was your reaction when you heard that , I was glad, but were you scared, yes, because you had said to police you knew nothing about this that you weren’t involved in any way and here is your father surviving which means he can now identify who the killers were you said to the police I woke up in a house full of smoke and two guys with swords told me to lay face down and don’t get up and they left the room I got the phone and i called my friend Charlie then the next thing I remember is waking up by the cops in that house and I don’t know who it is or where I am this is what you told the police that night but now you learn that your father has survived were you more scared or more glad, more scared, because you thought we’re caught right , yes, did you think you’re still going to get out of it you personally or did you think oh boy we’re in trouble now.


Even now as i sit with her in prison and ask her to reflect back I said when you found out he was alive were you more glad or scared and she said i was more scared she was more scared than glad that you were alive because she said I know now I’m in trouble I see what she saying here she is glad I’m alive that she has a parent left but i think she also scared I’m busted you know i would be found out everything that i have done

Erin Caffey has to be one of the most evil psychopaths I have ever seen. Her slow eye movements, her cold stare , and her lack of tears & emotion is disturbing. She is a menace to society , and should be under direct prison supervision for the REST OF HER NATURAL LIFE.
