TAIWAN EXPLOSIONS

Over 20 people were killed after a gas explosion rocked the Taiwanese city of Kaohsiung around midnight Thursday. Taiwan News reports indicate that 22 people were killed and almost 300 injured after a series of blasts swept through the city streets, and four of those killed were firefighters. The incident was believed to be caused by a leak in the sewage system. This video shows the aftermath of the blasts, as seen on the morning of August 1.
