ОтветитьI just did this in the gym and felt SO POWERFUL! I’m new to going to the gym so normally feel nervous and self conscious, but it was so empowering to lift heavy weights surrounded by guys and not feel intimidated as I had my trainer Maddie guiding me. Thank you thank you, I loved it! ☺️

ОтветитьI've been using your upper body dumbbell 20 min workouts for sometime now and I've been looking for a lower body workout to compliment it on alternating days. I think I found it. I probably will need to make some modifications - no weight on the lunges and ground for the hip thrusts.
