for example....I have basic salary of 2thousand drhams per month and how much I can get after I finish my contract...?

I have been working in a UAE Federal Government entity for the past 7 years on 6 monthly renewable contract. However as my contract does not include a clause on payment of ESG, Human Resources are not inclined to pay these benefits on expiry. Kindly advise. Thanks.

An employee appointed for one year and his contract is renewed every year. He has now completed 14 years of continuous service in the same organization. Is he eligible for gratuity. Please reply.
