Was born in 1980. The best way to sum up the philosophy back then was no pain no gain. On top
of that The man was working a full time job while training n competing. That’s thousands of hours he could’ve been recovering. Plus, if you took out the heavy lifting no pain, no gain philosophy. Well is definitely been a different scenario for him.

Ronnie Coleman was a power lifter before he got into body building just like Larry wheels

Ronnie's success is due to Chad Nicholls. Ronnie and every other IFBB pro used drugs. He was not natural by any means. Chad knew what to put together for the most success. Ronnie's body responded great and didn't have a lot of side effects. Today there are mass monsters everywhere.

I don't think ronnie did everything right , he ruined himself squatting way too heavy he didn't need to do that , yates didn't squat at all , i know hindsight is always 2020 , Ronnie would have still been the greatest cutting back on his lifts just a little , I personally hope he can get back to walking on his own again soon stem cell therapy seems to helping him
