ОтветитьGreat video. It would really help me to see the swimmer just swim an entire lap once the leg and arms part of the stroke has been put together. Just a thought!

ОтветитьI don’t know how to dive and When I do freestyle, I feel really unconfident because of my bad form. I want to take lessons but at the same time I’m 14 and feel awkward about getting lessons
Ответить😉
ОтветитьI went to practice today and my coach was very pleased by my breaststroke thanks a lot
ОтветитьThanks for the video, the instructions are very clear. Are there two versions of the breaststroke? Some swimmers have their hands out of the water on the surface during the recovery phrase ( the praying hands position) and then put them back in the water to extend forward. Generally it seems like Olympic swimmers perform the breaststroke this way. On the other hand, there are swimmers that perform the recovery phase underwater. So their hands never leave the water. Which is the correct way of recovering the arms?
