I always wondered if Adam knew what was happening when he had the first bowel movement? Did he squat? Wipe? How did he know what to do?

I feel terrible for my sins. All my life I’ve been taught there’s a god and because of my own choice I chose to blame God and others for my decisions. I was never really taught that you cannot tell him what to do. My father also blames God and others for his decisions. I learned that from my father. I feel like I have been blaspheming God. I have been letting satan tempt me along with my own choices. I’m a little bit overweight and very depressed and angry. Like I said my father taught me that god doesn’t care about our family. Only if you are a rich mean person. He tells me god don’t care about anything our family prays for. He will never do it. I don’t believe him but it’s easy to allow him and satan to convince me.
