Although some have water restored in their homes, others are on day 5 without working water

Since Friday, when Dale Robertson goes to turn on his water, nothing comes out. “Today makes - I’m thinking five days," Robertson said. He lives in the Shady Woods subdivision outside of Delbarton, just one of the areas in the county without water right now. All Mingo County Public Service District customers are on a boil water advisory, and while some get their water service restored, others are still going without.
