Then one day they come in and steal for a couple hundred dollar amount, and they get arrested and charged for their case total, 10k 20k. They think Loss Prevention Detectives aren't watching just because they don't get caught in the moment, your time will come.

This is definitely close to where I live in New York. I'd say Green acres Mall the security is more relaxed there. I used to live in a crime-ridden neighborhood where there was a home Depot and the security was really high there. Once I got caught and they pressed charges to the max I got locked up and I had a warrant for 3 years. I never stole again I learned my lesson. But when you go to an all predominantly white neighborhood because this looks like Green acres Mall and that's Long Island where the security is much more relaxed it's not until at night when the security goes over the videos and see who's stealing now just because you didn't get caught the first time doesn't mean you won't get caught the 2nd or 3rd with these places do is they build up a case against you until you reach about 5 or 6 grand then they take you to court and press charges and guess what you're looking at some hard time and deportation. Florida they would get caught right away. The security is far more higher down there.
