Also, be careful. Robin Cole and Shelly Cooper have little gears in their heads, going all the time, trying to figure out how they can make money on this and anything else. They have coined the term “consulting fees”.😂

The last guy I would believe anything said is Abbott. 25 years later, I'm tired of hearing all that gibberish when we're starving for power in the summer. They insist on a closed system in Texas rather than connecting to other grids for additional power when we need it. It's pretty easy to see who benefits from this closed loop system and it's not the consumer.

Texas invented microchips. Then, new york and california tried stealing the technology and screwed everything up. Texas needs to sanction those states and recollect lost debts.

Unfortunately Texas economy has gone up and down for years. The tax base is being exploded so the state can enjoy the riches. Not so sure the native Texans are benefiting much unless they are in real estate or infrastructure industries.
The home construction quality was really bad for the most part in the past years. Parts of Texas is just ugly, parts is climatically uncomfortable.
What goes up comes down eventually. Not great climate wise.
But, there are far worse places to live.

And all these chip makers need a chemical called acidspar to produce their chips and boards. So I invested in Ares Strategic Mining. It is the only manufacturer of acidspar. It comes from their Fluorspar mine in Utah.
