Mental illness is real

My dad worked in this kind of industry so saddened to hear about this. Glad it's being acknowledged and solutions which suit the workers are starting to be formulated though. Alot of places think an anonymous 5 minute call to some service is the answer to everyone's mental health issues, but it really isn't. People really benefit from feeling part of a community, where they can give and take

Some people are just thicker skinned
