That’s awesome that you found an alternative job that you can do from home. I wish I lived closer so I could get invites to eat the food you cook! 🤣😂
ОтветитьHey Jennifer this was a fun project. Thank you so much for sharing and being a part of this.
What’s for dinner?
It's great to hear other people's experiences with on and off times. Like they say this journey is different for each individual. For me it's like I have a certain amount of energy everyday ,the more I do the quicker it depletes so on a busy day I'm done by the afternoon but on a typical day I can last until dinner time. So I tend to go full throttle on the weekends knowing I can always nap.
ОтветитьGood Lord, I don’t know how do it. I had a highly demanding physical job prior to Parkinson’s, there is absolutely no way I could do that now. It’s a full-time job taking care of myself!
ОтветитьAwesome job guys!! I definitely get boost when I’m on. Thankfully at this point in time I’m still working..tons of walking..23k-30k steps in 8 hrs..it’s a battle for sure! Keep it up 👍🏼
ОтветитьDig these collaborations!
ОтветитьI watch and enjoy all 3 of you, and as a person (who now am classified as having Parkinsonism)…I am learning so much about how this condition affects all of us differently, and the importance of keeping active, a well a having a sense of humor. Thanks again for sharing.
