PORK TENDERLOIN

INGREDIENTS
- Pork Tenderloin, 1-1.5 lbs
- Zavala’s Pork Rub
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Hammer pork tenderloin with Zavala's Pork Rub
2. Throw on the smoker for 15-20 mins, and cook to internal temp of 125 degrees.
3. Put onto direct heat with grill (or nomad) to build a nice sear. Take it to 145 degrees. Use that Thermapen ONE!
4. Watch it and get that nice char until it hits 145 degrees.
5. Pull and rest for 5 mins
6. Slice it up and enjoy it with friends and family!

INGREDIENTS
- 44 Farms Skirt Steak!
- Zavala's Fajita Rub
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Hammer the sKirt steak with Fajita Rub
2. Flip every few minutes
3. Get your seer going on both side to your linking, 6-8 minutes
4. Pull at 130-145 internal temp
5. Rest for 5 minutes
6. Slice it up!
7. Serve on tortillas or a bun! Make sure to toast them!
8. Enjoy with your friends and family!
