People have been trying to tell me that there is nothing wrong with sleeping around. I believe in one partner for life, of course not if you ar in an abusive relationship or partner dies. However, to me, sex is something that connects people. Regardless if you believe so, you are allowing someone else into your body and you cant take that back. You also can change as a person, obviously as they started catching feelings.

Im sorry for these kids. I feel like, fundamentalist religious education stunts young adults and restricts their ability to find themselves, expriment romantically, etc. Marrying the 1st "committed" partner that comes along is a SERIOUS gamble, esp. in communities, where divorce is frown upon. Everybody in this situation would benefit from secular therapy and secular couple therapy: making mistakes make us human.
