Russia’s ongoing war with Ukraine has revived the partnership between Moscow and Pyongyang. In addition to providing Russia with millions of rounds of artillery, ballistic missiles, and signing a ‘comprehensive partnership treaty’, North Korea has deployed soldiers from its elite Special Forces to aid Putin’s war.
