I’m old enough to remember doing my eyebrows in this way based on a magazine article well BEFORE I had ever heard of ABH.
ОтветитьOh uncle Jeff and his authority on candles lol
ОтветитьI still buy it but only the mascara and eye shadow palettes
ОтветитьI am going to state the obvious but are you twins with your brother?;Edit yes you are...
ОтветитьIlearned about the eyebrow thing when I was 14 in 1976,
ОтветитьI didn't know any of this! I just got into make-up so it's good to know. Thank you!
ОтветитьI’m speechless at the pro domestic violence comment 😮
ОтветитьHer daughter’s brand has nepo baby written all over it
Ответитьit’s like monat telling people their hair is falling out because they are shampooing incorrectly
ОтветитьI think nobody is buying the norvina palletes because revolution sells colorful palletes for under $15
ОтветитьThe sims comment got me, lmao time to subscribe 🤣
ОтветитьI'm new to the makeup world. I knew nothing about this brand. I'm playing catch-up. I'm not impressed by what I'm hearing.
ОтветитьMy favourite eyebrow specialist avoids trends and works with the client's own features, culture and style. As I have patchy eyebrows, I use Suqqu No 4 which looks better online while I am teaching.
ОтветитьIm supprised it was allowed to be patented at all, seems like it should fall under the same thing as basic code or words that are too common.
ОтветитьI learned that technique in the early Seventies. I think the makeup artist teaching us was an Avon lady.
ОтветитьI've been trying to look through all the comments for a product list that you used for this look but can't find one 😢
Oily skin girl here and I need that setting powder you used on your nose and forehead ASAP!
The only things I’ve tried from ABH, I’m pretty sure, have been brow products. To be honest, NYX does it better at half the price. The formulas are better (for me) and the shades are wayyy better (cool toned natural blonde, no one has nailed a perfect shade for me but nyx comes the closest).
ОтветитьI actually think the color story of the Subculture palette was kind of cool. It was too bad the formula was such a disaster. I was working at Ulta at the time of this release and everyone really wanted to love it- but it was just awful! Anyone who used it ended up with a ton of green and black fallout all over their face. The colors were such a grungy, jewel toned dream- but an absolute mess when applied. It was interesting how hard people tried to get this palette to work! You should NOT have to work that hard for makeup to perform well.
ОтветитьI will be throwing away my ABH brow powder and buying a different brand. If anyone has any drug store brand recommendations for a beginner it would be much appreciated.
ОтветитьI'd love to have a chat with your Uncle Jeff & his candle collection!😂
ОтветитьWell she also seems to be very close to Kris Jenner...so maybe the distrust is still valid lol but this is just my observation because they are always commenting on each other's IG posts
ОтветитьSo nuts to see a full brand. My Mum went to her at Juan Juan then took my sister and I when it was time for us to start getting our brows done. Then we started going to her when she opened her own salon. It was $20 at first
ОтветитьI just wanted to say thank you, Robert. I've been going through a fucking AWFUL TIME and have been binge watching your content. You've been such a comfort, thank you so much for the videos and information you share. You've helped me distract myself and kept me sane.
Ответитьlmaoooo you butchering dana budeanu's name and then being like 'who cares, doesn't matter' king
she is a wanna-be minor celebrity in romania, irrelevant. one of those people that screams about everything but doesnt follow the things she preaches
They are so SO entitled 😂 never been attracted to this brand. When everyone was raving about those brows products I was like "guys, what's new??" 😂 And I've never been thrilled by color stories and all.
Ответитьmy big sister gifted me the norvina palette when i was first in highschool, i loved it! but we don't support ABH anymore, i think. also, i prefer elf for brow products now🤭
ОтветитьI'm not very knowledgable abt makeup, hence following makeup vloggers BUT even I know the undertone color has nothing to do with oily skin. Lol
ОтветитьThe pigments didn’t hold the brushes were crap and I wanted smaller sizes for pallets to travel less fallout. I moved to other brands.😊
ОтветитьPatent law in the U.S. is very detailed. So it probably has to do with how it was worded. I'm about 10yrs older than u. My aunt taught me😂. What internet? Didn't exist when i started using makeup. That being said, i miss the Prescriptives counter!😭
ОтветитьYou look disgusting, and ridiculous. Fop!
ОтветитьUncle Jeff the expert on candles ... OMG LOL I couldn't stop laughing! You crack me up!
ОтветитьBest line, "shut up. If I wanted a challenge, I would do a puzzle or something!" Lmao 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьI don't believe it's possible to know the troublesome backstories of every brand. However, thanks to you and other creators, this is changing. The main takeaway for me is that once I do know, I'm able to make informed decisions as to whether or not I want to continue supporting these particular brands. My answer is a HARD "NO!" Consequences are a bitch and it's time brands understand who is really in charge-the consumer.
ОтветитьAlgorithm ✌🏽
ОтветитьThe tucking of nonexistent long hair behind the ear is 💅💅💅💅💅
Ответить💖💖💖
ОтветитьWas wondering what happened to them. Thanks so much for the informative video!
Ответить♥
ОтветитьOooh that dark green/teal eye shadow Robert is using is AMAZING!
ОтветитьNow I’m in my 60th year on this planet, I’ve decided to be bold! And so I’m binge watching your eye shadow application so I can have some bold eye moments in the future. Thanks for the history of the brands too, so interesting. X
ОтветитьThey're savage on Reddit and it's a hive mind. Go against the majority and you risk literally getting doxxed. It's nuts. Echo chambers are bad, varied thought makes us all better
ОтветитьI would love to know what i should use instead because I was recommended Anastasia when i was looking for a brow pencil but it's just too expensive for me these days and it's so raspy on my sensitive skin, i want something softer
Ответитьcause no one is wearing crazy makeup like they do in their videos and pictures. We talk about a casual makeup for every day. a
ОтветитьI love her brow pomade, but nothing else.
ОтветитьRobert, not only is 2006 before instagram, it was right at the start of Facebook. That was MySpace territory when everyone was friends with Tom 😂
