This has really helped me. For me it is the reemergence of fearful events from the past mimicking that they are coming back. One is demonic attacks which stem from this past soulmate who I barely know in 3 D, but bc
I knew him in many lives prior, he recognizes my energy and has really pursued me, manipulated, done blk magic on me etc. He sucked my energy dry.
And last night as I was falling asleep, I felt the sensation of something pressing down on the bed right next to my arm. So I got up and said prayers. But then I had nightmares about him all night, which normally interestingly enough, isn’t typical. Then this pressure in my third eye, which would happen when he would psychically attack at night. Blocking my chakras, to disempower me.
He also had tried to attach the demon to me, but it couldn’t attach.
I have found the more I feared the attacks the more intense they became. There were many things I had to do to sever the connection. It wasn’t just controlling my thoughts or fears.
But as far as keeping the results obtained - which have been confirmed by spirit time and time again, I have had to not - as you say give meaning and power to events that are my scariest nightmares.
So if people are just concerned with abundance, know that is a very mild concern compared to demonic attacks, but the method behind keeping the benefit- holding abundance or holding peace in my case - is basically the same- a positive outcome.
