Great to see you back home it always good to sleep in your own bed. Excellent on the given up on the cigarettes and alcohol definitely helps to heal quicker. My recent stay in the Cardio ward the doctors used to really lecture smokers with heart problems .
It takes a while but its possible to work on a plan of which way you want your life to go which I'm working on now and it has to be flexible subject to circumstances

Well said Stephen! That brain of yours is clearly in control! Hard to stay focussed when you're lonely and in pain. Stay positive and keep up with the 'can do' attitude. Because you know you can do this! If anything you're bloody wilful😂 You'll be signing up for a degree next! Always good to know your mates are by your side. This time will become a strange and fuzzy memory once you're back out in the fields with the sun on your back❤

Greetings from over the pond in Indiana. I wish you a complete recovery so you can get back out there! I broke my ankle one time pretty bad when I fell off a high roof while roofing a house. It took awhile to heal up. I got my Manticore. Ha! Cheers!
