The dress is pretty but completely impractical. It's too long and her legs get caught up in it. She is going to get hurt. She is clearly not in the mood to be your toy today. My favorite videos are the ones where she is happily playing with no interference from you. I love her but I really wish you would give her to someone who can provide a yard for her to play in and perhaps some other monkeys. She should not live in an apartment with no companion. It's not fair to her.

First off, Molly is a monkey. She is trying to take the backpack off. If you are afraid of her falling don’t inhibit her movements by making her wear a dress. Monkey babies explore much like human babies, everything goes in their mouths. Change her diaper more often. Allow her freedom to explore. I know you are a kind loving kid who obviously adores Molly, she needs some independence. I will be harder for her when you can’t be with her, if she is so dependent.

Baby monkeys can start eating solid foods when they are 2–6 weeks old, depending on the species and their individual development. 


Macaques
