After graduating from university, Chef Chouchou started a self-taught bakery business in Taiwan. Driven by a passion for cooking, he pursued further studies in France, earning a CAP culinary certification and working as a chef in restaurants in Lyon. Later, he started a YouTube channel with over 550,000 subscribers and over 90 million views.
