In my opinion cops are so bored that they love to esculate EVERYTHING so as to get action. Especially this new "get on the ground!" routine they do to little skinny teenagers, elderly men & women. Take this video, it's clear that the guy is relaxed, calm, no danger to the cops but neither cop can just proceed - even though there's two cops with weapons out - but noooo they have to scream & yell at the guy. Neither cop is willing to walk uo to him without making it into a HUGE ORDEAL. It's too much drama that cops drag into every little situation. i think they do it because they enjoy it.
