This piece dates as far back as 2005. This took about 3-4 years to complete, the longest time spent on one piece alone.
The opening harmonics signify the dreamer falling asleep, drifting away as the bass doubles on the open notes. Once the harmonics end, the other instruments join in, signifying the dream beginning. The harmonic reprise denotes the dream shifting from one theme to another, melodies that describe turmoil and despair, all in minor key. As the pipe organ joins in near the end, the music takes a divine sounding turn, as though the dreamer is facing a certain death or judgment, but as the final harmonics play, the dreamer awakes.
