Easy Way to Paraphrase IELTS Task 1 Writing

I‘m afraid of this task in the test, because I even wouldn‘t understand it in my native language 😭

im a bit confused. you paraphrased “people in america” to “americans”, however “people in america” may include immigrants who are not originally americans, so is saying americans still correct?

I would happily relate IELTS and TOEFL to the system of "Apartheid." Bifurcating people into two different classes: the natives and the non-natives. It's a load of codswallop!! You don't see Italy or France asking for a B1 certificate in their native languages to admit a student to one of their universities. It is not a prerequisite for an admission. They'd rather suggest people to work on the local languages to make things easier for them to get a job after graduating. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that there should a call for abolishment of this system.
