Final bosses
ОтветитьJust installed a new canopy using this video as a guide. It’s the best method out there, at least for a manual Dometic awning. Thanks for a great video that worked.😊
ОтветитьDo you go to parker dam area?
ОтветитьI just replaced my awning. I watched this video a couple times. Very good video. I understood exactly what I was doing and the job turned out perfect and I had it done in about 2 hours from start to finish, and that includes travle time to fetch my helper .
Ответитьare they still in business? what is their phone contact info?? their address is a ups store....
ОтветитьThank you for the video. I have to replace my awning in three weeks.
ОтветитьNice work
ОтветитьWhich way does the lever go when they are putting the end caps back on , the down or up position.
ОтветитьAfter following all instruction and spending an entire day i gave up and put grommets in the front a lashed to the front with paracord and 3 screw one each end one in the middle. It LOOKS great. I am afraid to roll it up. The design is unessessariky complicated. There isan easier way. I guess they dont want anyone replacing them.
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьJesus fucking Christ this guy is annoying as fuck! The RV guys replacing the awning were amazing.
ОтветитьSoon as I saw the guy driving the truck hanging out the door, I'M GONE! I won't take instructions from anybody as dangerous as that.
ОтветитьPull cord never to be found again. lol😂
ОтветитьIf it unwinds towards you, why do you wind it towards you when you rewind it?
ОтветитьThis is bullshit - just extent your awning loosely, use a hacksaw to cut the cap on the non-locking end and drill so you can slide the old awning out. undo the top screws, remove the old fabric and just slide the new fabric on. you need two people and ladder. File the cuts smooth. 30 mins to an hour and job done - don't get confused with these so called 'professionals' - they just want your money. It cost me $129 to do this and it works perfectly.
ОтветитьIt cost $2500 to have mine replaced by camping world. What a ripoff.
Ответитьas usual, a great video from James!!
ОтветитьI bet they charge more than 20 minutes
ОтветитьOk, my wife and I are installing our awning currently and it has not slid in anywhere near as smooth as that one! I got about 2/3rds of the way and it doesn’t want to go any further.
ОтветитьGreat video but question #2 is what fabric is the best replacement? Not asking about vendor/manufacturer (unless you're willing to share your opinion) but rather which material?
ОтветитьHow do I get on the list.
ОтветитьWalker John Lee William Gonzalez Maria
ОтветитьUseless video... didn't explain anything.
ОтветитьAnyone know if these guys are still in business? And if so, how to get ahold of them?
ОтветитьI replaced my first awning years ago and I have files the edges without even thinking twice....everything is so sharp on those parts.
ОтветитьThey explained nothing
ОтветитьG2 = Intelligence. (General aka Army)
ОтветитьAre they still in business? I can’t reach them.
ОтветитьThanks Guys - You saved my butt today. Appreciate what you do. Love watching Professionals.
ОтветитьWhat size rivets are those? This is the same awning on my 2008 R Vision and I'm doing the awning next weekend.
ОтветитьSoooo you really didn't show anything. Good job
ОтветитьTruly amazing - awesome to watch
ОтветитьUtterly professional! The only thing I would add is similar workwear.
ОтветитьWhat's the purpose of standing outside truck while driving?..🤔
ОтветитьNo explanations, just a demonstration of their speed and skills which they have not shared.
ОтветитьI did fine replacing the awning but I need to rewind that tension without falling off the ladder.
Ответитьgreat demo if the owner would shut up
ОтветитьDid you have to order the awing fabric or did the installers have your size in stock?
ОтветитьAWESWOME
ОтветитьIt’s DIY gold when you can find a video like this of pros doing a job.
Most vids are done by folks who know even less than me.
A Coastie or just a hat?
ОтветитьI need this done ... How much
ОтветитьHow many times do you turn back the spring head to ensure it has sufficient return strength
ОтветитьThey are a well oiled machine!
ОтветитьVery interesting, but not very helpful. The person recording is making jokes while we are trying to figure out what the guys are doing. Did not find this video useful
ОтветитьAwesome
Ответитьi was impressed with everything except the part of the worker standing up while driving
ОтветитьI've watched several videos now showing how to replace the fabric on an A&E awning, none of them have the aluminum weather shield. At what point do you install the weather shield, and how hard is it to do? I assume it is the last step which means you are wrangling a semi flexible 18-foot-long metal cove and trying to slide it over 2 beads while standing on a stepladder working 11 feet above the ground.
ОтветитьI learned more about RV awning in 5 minutes than I have in my whole life, now when I finally buy an RV I'll know what to do..................
ОтветитьHi Horne
