I just bought the Walmart onn stick and I can mot get Downloader on it. Did they take it away again?

I have a couple walmart onn 4k pro streaming devices and the downloader app still works just fine the new look doesn't bother me as long as it works

It is broken on Nvidia shield as when I click on it now it opens up the play store then I have to click open.
