ОтветитьTerrible you need to put in the caption PRE workout stretch ,the more relevant information the better
ОтветитьJust did this. Really good stretch (didn’t like the last one though nearly hurt myself 😂) could do with a bit more verbal instruction though, explain how to get in to it as it’s hard to look at the screen and do the exercise. In a couple by the time I’d figured out the stretch half the time was gone.
