ОтветитьAs vegetarian and a chef this is perfect for me cuz I do a lot of fancy plating it seems a little more rustic but I love it I might try some fried basil and maybe gruyere instead of cheddar but thank you for the tips really enjoyed that video it looks like dinner for tomorrow for me and my daughter who's also vegetarian 😊

ОтветитьI will make this recipe tomorrow for my gf! I prepared the cheese sauce a day ahead, thinking I can reheat it in the pan and add some more water if it’s too dry. I tasted ot and it was absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for teaching me both how to do a bechamel and also make an awesome cheese sauce in one go!!
