Boss Omega Rugal XV Mugen - Beta

Creating this beta for fun, since not many Boss Omega Rugal XV mugen versions are available. Faster normals, new specials and supers, but many things are still lacking for a perfect version (including Climax move) and I have no time to do it properly. Not going to release this half-assed edit but hopefully it will inspire some others to make a better version!
