ОтветитьAre these on Spotify by any chance? Thank you
ОтветитьI quit nine years ago, but I'm still on the smoker's side.
Ответитьwith all my love Bob
ОтветитьDylan showed us all that pop music can be enormously influencial politically, and then that it can also be high art. In 1967 he and his band sparked off Americana music with The Basement Tapes, and then Bob wrote the finest book about music that I know of. Now he's the best DJ to ever spin a disc. ...It's almost not fair.
ОтветитьI feel this was a wonderful way for Bob to get intimate with his fans without all the media, management etc getting in between . We get to know him better.
Ответить…Even a bowling ally 😂
Ответить23m. the smoking Loretts, whoring out at the Loreto convent in Paris, who but Bob would know that? Where does he get the time to read dirty French novels? One of my favourite episodes. 'Didn't have to hide in your own house to do it'. A bit of an exaggeration but that's where it's heading. Viva the tobacco plant. How much do you think you get fined for growing ONE? I've only ever blown smoke rings by accident. I've practised. Didn't like the cancer ad. You do all know its much worse for your health to be fat than to smoke. Its just too hard to justify chemical poisoning and nuclear radiation to fix the fat so they pick on the smokers, sunbathers and anyone who looks like they're enjoying something.
ОтветитьMy Everlasting memory of North Carolina? Mountain Dew bottles filled with spit. I never quite got used to that😂...
What's worse, I once picked up my colleague's spit bottle thinking it was my soda and ......😮oh-so revolting😂🤣🤣🤣🤢🤮
PS I always preferred cigars. Cigarettes feel Petty
Searching for love. And inspiration ... On that pirate radio station
ОтветитьPlease tell me this painting is inspired by Killer Joe…
ОтветитьI remember you could smoke on an airplane, my Mother and I flew to Dallas over Easter to visit my Aunt and Cousin, my Mom didn't smoke and people were smoking on the airplane , she was so mad, because she smelled like smoke, it was bad , the jet was just full of smoke, you could barely see, that's one law that I am glad they passed, oh I have never smoked cigarettes but I love good cigars , The Patron 1964s in the toro size is my favorite, and I do love strong pot , it's legal where I live
ОтветитьThe last time I saw Bob Dylan in concert he did several songs from The American Songbook, he was wonderful , just fantastic
ОтветитьThe first time I heard Bob Dylan Live was at the Bengala Desh 5 songs on guitar...Amazin' Since, I've been to many many shows...Im a Manhattanite ...Someone got me a ticket for a Concert in Hartford Conn....I ate a rather large piece of Hashish before the show ...And Lets just say I ate too much and it felt like a Bad Acid trip....That was the last time I ever ate Hashish ...But...I cant believe How many hours of Bob albums Ive enjoyed....One In A Million ..Thx Bob....Robert Grateful ...forgive me for my spelling mistakes
ОтветитьI have Bob's first book of paintings......very nice. However, my discovery of Gen. 2 artwork is levels above. Amazing emotionally complex cityscapes - beautiful colors and combinations of colors. Your paintings and your songs are remarkable. I have an eye for art and an ear for music, but your work is hard not to invite in.
ОтветитьFor some time now, I've been calling smoking the solitary vice.
ОтветитьHere's another one: "Quick, Watson, the lighter!"
ОтветитьJust one more, and then I'll quit, I swear: about 1996 I went for a job interview - for teaching English, in Italy, where I live now. 9:00 AM, I arrived, and the boss's office smelled as if he'd already smoked a few. A man in his 60s, but looked much worse - he made Boris Karloff look like Jack LaLanne. He smoked a brand called Stop - the logo was like any stop sign, and they smelled really bad. I didn't ask, "Do you mind if I smoke? It's not something you do at a job interview. I figured these cigs stank so bad that it was a way to try to quit. I worked with this guy's outfit for a little while, but I don't think he was around for long.
Ответитьjeez ,yer an awesome painter.
