Lots of good recipes, but I’m not going to waste my freaking effort to click on a link to go to a webpage to get bombarded with ads pop-ups and everything else. Why can’t you guys just put the ingredients in the description like every other real cooking channel does I don’t want to see your pop-ups and ads on a website just because you’re too lazy to type out the instructions .
ОтветитьThe burger looks great. Anyone else one else concerned that the good doctor is handling food without washing hands, and between times handling food sticks his hands in his pockets? I feel a doctor should model food safety in such an environment.
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьWhats the recipe for the vegan cheese sauce though?
ОтветитьIt looks incredibly tasty, I am in the midst of changing my diet & removing more meat than I typically would, grain is also an issue for me so I am unsure this would work for me HOWEVER it wont stop me from trying it I doubt I would switch over to a vegan lifestyle but I have incorporated many vegan foods to my existing diet as meat really doesn't impress me anymore for many reasons but most because I am diseased & the covid vaccine has changed my good health to very bad now & meat seems to create excessive inflammation so this burger may work for me. I would have to switch out the grains & legumes in this recipe for the lowest carb grain I can find to compensate but I basically have everything else in my home. Thanks for sharing I have something new to try out.
ОтветитьThis actually looks delicious 😋
ОтветитьI've been vegetarian since 1992, and plant-based food popularity has grown continuously in popularity over that time. There is really no need to even ask if it is a fad. In a world that cannot support even its current population sustainably, it is increasingly essential for people to at least reduce their level of meat consumption.
ОтветитьVery processed food just don’t eat to much the secret is when a human is fully grown and the brain is fully functionlly just eat less once a day one bowl of rice and water will sustain
ОтветитьIt takes time but an Excellent veggie burger recipe.
ОтветитьThis looks delicious
ОтветитьI wonder how to add some good fat into the burger?
ОтветитьI worked as a kitchen mechanic for many yrs on the Vegas strip. I loved working on that rational oven. It is by far the best combination oven in the industry.
ОтветитьI made these today and they were fantastic! Here are the measurements I used:
Ingredients:
1. cup Black Beans (I used can and rinsed them well)
1. cup Chickpeas (I used can and rinsed them well)
1. cup chopped Baby Bella Mushrooms
1. cup Lentils (I cooked them after soaking over night )
1. cup Oats
1 Tbsp. chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp. Flax Seed
3/4. cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch
1 onion chopped (small)
1/2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. Braggs Ammino Acid
Salt (to your taste)
Black Pepper
I omitted the beets
I sautéed the mushrooms, onions, and garlic without oil. (added a little salt and pepper).
I placed everything else in my food processor and pulsed it several times. Make sure you do not let it get too mushy.
I put the mushrooms mix in a bowl and added the mix from the food processor.
I sprayed my pan with a light coating of oil and placed my patted mixture in the pan.
I let them cook about ten minutes on each side on medium heat. I wanted to make sure they cook a littl2e hard since the beans are soft and you are not going to get it as firm as a hamburger.
They turned out great. I made 5 firm patties and served them with mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn on the cob. I had mixture left over so I formed 4 nice size balls and placed them in a freezer bag for another time.
is there a recipe for the cheese sauce ?
Ответитьwho is this creepy jew and why is he dressed like that
ОтветитьOMG that burger looks so good
ОтветитьHis reaction to tasting was awesome
ОтветитьGreat!!!
ОтветитьLooks great
ОтветитьY’all just change the host, he was creeping out the chef tbh
ОтветитьPLANTA HAS THEE BEST BURGERS !! THEIR TRIO IS BOMB AF ! CHEESE FRIES , BURGER N SHAKE . IM OBSESSED THANK YOU, PLANTA FOR MAKING GREAT HEALTHY COMFORT FOOD
ОтветитьThis is a wonderful example of plant based cooking.
I love the recipe info. Thank you!👍
... the questions 😂
ОтветитьWhat is the binding agent? Is it the tapioca starch?
ОтветитьThe only thing I would change is not frying up the lentils and beans in vegetable oil, or using any oil at all. Not sure what is in the sauces either.
But it looks delicious and I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks!
Great tweeks by people in the Comments, and I'm sure this wonderful and generous CHEF would encourage it!
Thanks!
The secret ingredient was beef
ОтветитьI simply love the texture and savory taste of beans and I’ll probably make this using the same ingredients but as a mixture in a bowl with rice instead of a patty on a plate with a bun. Yum, thanks!
ОтветитьGod bless you and your restaurant for sharing this marvelous recipe. Just made one.
Thank you
Wow que genial muchas gracias por compartir la receta !
ОтветитьI find my recipe for burgers is loved by all. I use something called meat.
ОтветитьIt only 'tastes' like a burger because it's in a bun smothered with toppings. Try eating one plain . . . . . not so much.
ОтветитьDude, if you are going to die your hair, you need to get a bit of sun. You look like a sickly vegan.
ОтветитьIt's not a burger! It's simply vegetables
ОтветитьDamn. Just look at the difference in their skin! The vegan chef has almost no wrinkles at all.
ОтветитьWish you guys had a restaurant in Atlantic Canada. 😅
Ответить"What are the tricks?" ....Brian....you were there the whole time!!!!
Ответитьwb the buns?
ОтветитьBrian, I have been listening to you on CBC Radio in Dartmouth for years now. It's great to finally put a face to the voice! Enjoyed watching this.
ОтветитьJust so I know, why do or would you hate me for not eating meat?
ОтветитьMy kids want to change their eating habits they are 6 and 12 thank you
ОтветитьHi in the world was he used vegetable oil the worst ever
ОтветитьWhat is in the cheese sauce?
ОтветитьChilling the patty the night before keeps them together as well😎
ОтветитьI wanna know who made that food processor
ОтветитьSeasoning - that's where the taste is
ОтветитьLooks like left over dog meat from the factory… ooh wait!
ОтветитьTexas cowgirl here. We eat this way now and ever felt better or looked better. I will try this!!
