Waaay better to stay home on this super wet weekend, lol. We have had to most leaks around the house since we moved here after the last hurricane remnants came over here 2 years ago. this morning, with really heavy rain, our neighbor who parks his car across the street by the clinica had a problem with his car alarm, it wouldn't turn off! I peaked out and he had the hood up looking inside lol. Ramon just said "it's the rain".

I have an unrelated question. A couple of months ago you made a video about a Canadian in jail after a nicaraguan man crashed into him. If the man driving the car would he have been treated the same or did he go to jail to prevent him from leaving the country? If this question might cause you trouble with the government please delete it.

So green and beautiful! I visited Nicaragua in May last year and everything looked so dry. I'd like to visit during rainy season.

No gentrification

Hi Scott! Just saying hello I've been otherwise occupied with other aspects of life and kind of absent in the watching/comments. Nica is currently slated for a quick second visit in January or when ever I can find the cheapest tickets soonest. I only have 4 full days on the ground and am planning on checking out some lots in LP. No realtor yet just looking at square footage and who it has for surrounding neighbours etc
