How about this incident, my petition to my sister rook so long and when the time they processed my petition to my sister, one if her eldest daughter who was only seven years old became more than twenty one because by the time my petition was processed she became old already and she's denied after the very long wait, and after I spent lots of money on my petition and after they paid all the fees and all the money I spent was not even refundable after more than twenty years of wait. What can you say about this problems?
All documents I submitted was approved and during the interview one of her siblings was denied because she became more than twenty one years old but during the time I filed my petition to my sister, her daughter is only seven years old. The UCIS should have told my sister earlier so that we don't have to spent money if one of her daughter will only be denied. There should inform all petitioners about that law in order not to pursue the petition and avoid sending money for nothing and don't nerd to wait for more than twenty years, likewise spending money too for nothing, and my petition was legally done, while there are still so many illegal immigrants in this country that exist.
