There is all ready a fire alament there can not be two 🔥

1) she was spinning the statue which crate momentum with it slipped out her hands she can throw it far.
2) again you didn’t see if she swung it or not but if you swing the sack back you can throw it forward with more momentum
3) the tree already had a bunch of potential energy with the snow on it, and she just had to loosen the tree from the ground.
4) Hans tried to kill her and her sister and take their kingdom. I feel like this is a bit self-explanatory that enough anger and willpower she can definitely punch him real hard.

Elsa has ice powers but is emotionally weak. While anna has no supernatural powers whatsoever but shes very strong emotionally.

Like how anna was literally all alone by herself with no one yo play with for years (i know they have maids and castle people, but based on the movie, they don't look very involved in elsa/anna's life). But when coronation day came, anna was super optimistic and cheerful. She treated everyone nicely. She felt awkward with elsa at first. But when elsa said hi to her she immediately got comfortable with her.

Even when elsa freezed the whole place, anna was optimistic and went to elsa to help her "reverse this storm you've made" but elsa kept saying that "i cant, u don't know how".
