The Leeds & Liverpool Canal is lovely, you did a great job on this vlog.

Your editing is brilliant. The syncopation of images with the music is compelling. The drone footage really does set the context for your travels in such a beautiful country. Perhaps one day in my retirement I will hire a boat and travel a small portion of these canals.

You absolutely nailed it mate. The combination of your commentary, all the travel and history content and superb drone work makes it compelling viewing. The longer pieces with Silver Fox gliding along to music gives me a bit of that ASMR. Have you ever done a whole vlog with just a fixed camera at the front - bit like the "slow tv" that the BBC did ? It also helps that Shaun's got the comic timing of Eric Morecambe ! I only watched one vlog because I thought you were Leicester City fans, but I'm hooked now. Cheers lads

What is the widest boat that can go through the canals?

We have that temp for weeks in end in summer in Queensland Australia. Some places get over 40 degrees Celsius. Don’t like. That kind of heat.

Very nice videos. Most of my Grandparents ( 3 out of 4 ) came from Yorkshire, Pocklington, Darlington, Hutton area. I have visited Yorkshire, and it is beautiful. Have you ever heard of a small village called Beelby near Pocklington ??

I have cycled this canal from Leeds to Burscough many years ago it was the best thing i ever did, lovely around Gargrave, used to cycle it on a regular basis from the top lock at Aspull near Wigan where i used to live to Adlington.The drone footage is amazing thank you so much for sharing.

Shaun made me laugh here. My old mum used to say fatty bom sticks, and fatty bom bom. As well as the one that went yum yum pigs bum makes good chewing gum. Or just yum yum pigs bum.
Remembering it made me laugh and once again I began wondering where these things originated.
