Can you talk about how you started working out again and found a program that works or was safe for you post illness? I’m chronically ill and haven’t exercised much in a long time and just feeling very weak but I know that working out would help. I’m always scared to hurt myself lifting weights but I know it would be great for me!

I also mix Castor Oil with a leave in conditioner, and it has helped my hairline and hair fullness a lot! Or Rosemary Oil, but I've heard horror stories of people growing mutton chops from the rosemary moving around, creating hair growth where it shouldn't.

When you keep waking up to pee at night can be a sign dat you don't sleep deep enough for your body to shut off your kidney (so it doesnt produce more pee and you can sleep tthrough the night). This can have several causes, and most are fixable :) if its bothersome to you you can look into it :)

Hey Grace, one tiny tip with skincare, always apply products from thinnest to thickest. Basically anything watery, then creams like moisturiser, then oils last 😙✌🏻 you’re doing great and looking great!
