'Accept' Mark Tornillo Interview

Im a Huge fan of Udo D. I wish he never left Accept but I believe Mark has done one helluva great job in Accept as well. Mark shows incredible energy in live shows and knows how to incorporate the fans in the songs. Plus he seems like a very down to earth, genuine cool person. His voice is intensifying and captivating along with his lyrics. I have been a huge fan of Accept since i saw their Balls to the Wall concert in Louisville Kentucky. Accept opened -Then Motley Crue -Shout at the Devil -Then Ozzy -Bark at the Moon. It was a night that changed my life. Its the day i became a hard core metalhead and i still am today because of that 3 band show i watched from row 6. I cant describe in words how awesome it was. I hope Mark stays with Accept and keeps making masterpiece metal records with them. I will keep buying every one they make. I just ordered their new deluxe Too mean to Die LP boxset. I cant wait to hear it !!!!!!! God bless Don J - Mark and the rest of Accept!!

Mark Tornillo has done a PHENOMENAL job being the lead singer of Accept these past 11 years big time. I have been a huge massive fan of Accept since 1987. I bought the album Metal Heart on cassette tape for $2 at Camelot Music store, and loved it big time. I did not think that it was possible to replace the Legendary Udo Dirkschneider, but after I listened to Blood Of The Nations album, Mark Tornillo won me over immediately. I love the other three albums Stalingrad,The Rise Of Chaos, and especially Blind Rage big time as well. I am really looking forward to the Too Mean To Die album , and I can not wait to get it in the mail hopefully soon. I love every Accept album including Eat The Heat, Death Row, and Predator . Accept in my opinion are easily one of the most consistent bands ever. Their catalog of albums is that strong in my eyes. Congratulations Mark on your fifth studio album with Accept. You deserve all the success that has come your way.

I remember hearing Kaizoku-Ban in the 80's and I was hooked!

The guy sings way better than UDO. UDO live is awful. Mark can actually deliver the albums like they’re written and recorded. The song writing and playing is better than ever. I can see Accept going on for years yet if they all still have the appetite to do it.
