The possession is delayed for the J,K and H towers as per the timelines provided by the sales team at the time of sales. I was provided with a time line of K tower completion by December 2023 by Mr. Mahesh Morde ( sales person) but till date the possession is not received. No proper escalation matrix is present. CEO is not even present in the escalation matrix. No pictures or inspection of flat is provided by the Raymond realty for my flat, even after several request. At end of day all the builders are same nothing extra ordinary with Raymonds as promoted, modus operandi is same

This project is extremely slow. They have taken 95 percentage payment for tower J & K. Still continuing to delay the possession. Don't know where to escalate

Even a kid will design better project than this

I am so happy that I don't live in mumbai
