I feel my familiar pain while I lift the arm to grab my trapezium, but not when I lift the elbow and properly do the test. What does it mean?

As I perform this test my left shoulder have a soft 'click' feeling when raising the elbow high up. It's not painful but there is an obvious snap happening. Is this an indication of the symptom?

Yep, that's it. Damn you chest fly machine. Im 16 and my right shoulder has aged 40 years... bruh
