If a fade is clearly bald. Like literally no hair on the sides then this is definitely qaza. Stay away from the unclear matters. Most ppl want to do it, because of their favorite kaffir idol Auuthibillah. They want to immitate the disbelievers.

Why even dwell in the grey areas? The hair should be the same length whether short or long it’s not really that complicated.
