i an guessing that tainted forgotten thing is probably because tainted forgotten counts as 2 characters and you are the pile of bones but he cannot get health so: 1) you die, 2) are given health and survive, 3) cannot get health due to boney, 4) get transformed, 5) die again

There's a weird thing on the ascent/ mausoleum floor. If you have dream catcher and see what the items but do not enter the item room, then they will be rerolled on the ascent. So it is sometimes worth it to go to the item room if a good item is spotted.

I calculated it and there was roughly a 6.5% chance for the sword to not fall for this long of a run. quite lucky there

Im back after a long break from sinvicta, what happened to the Eden streak? Did he lose it somewhere?

I think Damocles would be a better item if instead of a persistent random chance to kill you it had a low chance to kill you every time you take any damage. That would make it just as dangerous, but more rewarding to good play throughout the run: the less you get hit, the less likely it is to kill you.
