This is imposed by the Turkish Authorities under Art 143 of Turkish Civil Aviation law 2920, not by any individual airlines, and applies to all airline flying in to Turkey.
ОтветитьThere’s a simple solution keep the seatbelt sign on till plane is parked at the gate
ОтветитьAlcohol should not be served on planes it’s so moronic
ОтветитьPassengers who need to take their luggage with them down an emergency exit should just wait to be last off the plane.
ОтветитьThere should be alcohol tests at start of security check also
ОтветитьI am sure the money is going to the flight attendants as a bonus to deal with it also right?! Money grab.
ОтветитьThe serving of alcohol on flights doesn't need to happen, either. If people get really drunk before boarding, they can be denied on board, rather than having to be ejected, etc. Go to the doctor for medication if you get nervous being that close to strangers, literally in a pressurized aluminum tube, for several hours. Who would like that? 😳 Myself, I've been airport celibate since 2010, and that's because of belligerent "security" employees, not fellow travelers.
ОтветитьI never understood the standing thing, you’re not getting off any sooner than the people in front of you!
ОтветитьThe best one that happened to me. Northwest Airlines 727, the pilot came on the intercom and said “everyone please sit down. I have to backup, and I can’t see in the rear view mirror.” Asmazingly, everyone sat down, before the general grown when they realized they had been had.
ОтветитьI for one support this. You're doing nothing except causing more delays and discomfort. Sit your ass down!
ОтветитьSorry! DON'T CARE! After all the TSA BS after 911 I gave up commercial flying. Got my private pilots license and never looked back! I'll Stand up whenever I feel like it!
ОтветитьIt’s really annoying when people in the rows behind me think its alright to try to push past my row before passengers in my row have gotten up, retrieved their carry-on luggage and headed toward=rd then it in an orderly manner.
ОтветитьHow are those fines enforceable ? How can a private company fine someone ? Makes no sense.
ОтветитьEveryone who feels like whining about a nanny state should blame the people who won't behave properly for the need for same. Sit your ass down until the pilot says ok.
ОтветитьThe secret hack is to not be cheap. Buy first class tickets and then it won’t matter what the peasants are doing back in steerage.
ОтветитьThose of you claiming this would be unconstitutional in the USA are correct, except they have already trampled ALL of your Fourth amendment rights at the airport and some of your First. You all did nothing except trade your freedom for security and let them do it. So, yes, it’s unconstitutional but they’re just going to do it anyway.
Ответить1, Under WHAT Authority, and 2 How will you enforce it? Because as a public form of traffic, I'd like to see them try and deny people's 1st amendment right to Free Travel. :3
ОтветитьNo reason to fly again.
ОтветитьBen is straddled between the blue car & #71.
ОтветитьJust plane courtesy.
ОтветитьHow dare they enforce aircraft safety regulations.? Who do they think they are? :O
ОтветитьI don’t see this happening very often in the USA. In Russia, it is very common. But it is hard to see this happening here. It’s just too much on the flight attendants.
ОтветитьThe last and only time I flew was in 2003. It was chaos back then but they also kept us stuck on the plane after having to hold because of a bad storm. Unfortunately a lot of adults have oppositional defiance disorder. They do the opposite of what they're told.
ОтветитьMy first thought is this is stupid. But then I thought how is this different then getting a seat belt ticket when your in a car, its really not.
ОтветитьMy back hurts so bad by the end of the flight and I need to stretch. It’s agony waiting.
ОтветитьAuthority to fine?
ОтветитьParking brake on a plane? Does it have a manual or automatic transmission?
Ответитьlike the shirt😂
ОтветитьNext can we get them to fine people who clap after landing?
ОтветитьI'd also introduce fines for people who clap on landing 😂😂😂
ОтветитьIt’s interesting how people just don’t care about respect and courtesy of others anymore
ОтветитьI wont have to stand early if they gave enough layover time to account for the inevitable delays.
ОтветитьNew Airline Rule... All "seats" will be "Standing Only". That will give the airlines 20% more passengers.
ОтветитьKeep serving booze to drunks? On my last flight a few years ago, I was in the middle seat of the last row of seats before a bulkhead. (Great legroom!) this drunk kept going to the lavatory to puke. His smell was awful. But worse, he kept bumping the petite woman in the aisle seat. The 3rd or 4th time, he actually knocked her out of her seat onto the floor. I finally switched seats with her so she would stop getting bumped. (He got vomit on her and me.) The attendants kept selling him booze. After the flight, I waited around and asked the attendants if they had a reason. They apologized, but said when they tried to cut him off he became so belligerent they were afraid. He was a big guy, 6'4" or 6'5," about 250lbs, not fat. As long as he was drunk, he was mellow so they made a judgment call. It probably would have taken 3 or 4 men to subdue him and that could have been worse. That made sense to me. When I got to the luggage conveyors, he was passed-out drunk on the belt going in and out the snaking carousel/conveyor with the suitcases. When I was on the parking-lot shuttle, I saw him staggering around the lot trying to get in different cars. No rhyme or reason. A red pickup here, a silver minivan there, a white SUV, etc. I got the hell out of that lot as fast as I could. That's when I decided if I can drive it in 2 days, I won't fly. I can be treated like crap for free, why leave home and pay for it?
ОтветитьI stopped flying years ago. If I can't drive there I don't go. There is no part of flying that is enjoyable. I'd rather get a root canal..
ОтветитьWho identifies them and how can they fine them if they are standing in the aisle? This is ludicrous.
ОтветитьOh NOOOO! The “permanent record?” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьLol or... you can just lock the bins....
ОтветитьI hate flying in this modern era! The airlines are sadistic!
Also, because of my God given height, I'm penalized for needing a seat with leg room! The sick bastards!
It's either that, or about a three day drive to either coast.
Love the shirt.😊
Ответитьhow can you get a "fine" for something that isn't law? it's policy which is generally enforced by refusing service,
will grocery stores start giving fines with the forces of law if i push my shopping cart a little too fast?
How could this be enforced?
ОтветитьWere you on that flight with me from LA/SF to Honolulu where everyone was trashed and some people even fired up reefer? One gal I just met was sitting on the floor in front of me stroking my lap.
ОтветитьI'm still waiting for the Flying Cars we were promised 40 years ago.
ОтветитьNo fine needed. Just a random brake check during taxi to the parking gate. Used to do it a lot when moving passengers around the Middle East and Africa. Need to make sure they work. Don’t want to try to stop at the gate and brakes not work!!!😅
ОтветитьA friend of mine was flying back from Spain and upon landing a woman jumped up and opened the overhead. A heavy case fell on my friend's head, knocking her to the floor and concussing her.
ОтветитьI find myself being ok with this... people get up and awkwardly lean over other people to get their bags and then just stand there bent over in a weird position breathing on the people still sitting... for like 5-10 min, sometimes longer... whats the point of getting up before they open the door?
ОтветитьNice KROQ sticker. Miss them.
ОтветитьThey should pay the fine to me. I don't get up until the plane is almost empty.
ОтветитьI almost witnessed an old (age 65-70) Chinese woman slap a stewardess. I heard it but didn't see it. She was in the row behind me across the aisle. She wouldn't put on her seat belt for takeoff and finally the stewardess buckled it for her. Then she smacked the stewardess. The police came on and took her off in handcuffs. She was flying with two 8–10-year-old boys. As soon as I heard it, I thought that she has no clue about what she just did. I think you can get up to 20 years in prison for that.
