Tgat is Thattu idli and the side dish is called podi ( powder) we also have many more different side dishes we have mint chutney, coconut chutney, raw small onion chutney one of my all time favs, tomato chutney , malli chutney ( cilantro), sambar etc... thattu idli is made in a flat plate like utensil while normal idli is made in a curvy utensil thats the only difference between them 😊
