We used our Sour Grapes Verjus to make up some Tom Collins with a grapey twist. We present the Verjus Collins, featuring a gin from our Prosser neighbors at Blue Flame Spirits. Here's the recipe -
2 oz of gin
1 oz of Sour Grapes Verjus
1 tsp of simple syrup
Pour into a shaker that is approximately half filled with ice and shake. Ideally you would pour into a Tom Collins glass that is filled with ice. Add a splash of soda and garnish with orange and a marschino cherry. Enjoy.
