Ответитьoh, yea, that looks great. gonna try this one for sure. Thanks
ОтветитьAwesome recipe and instructions. I made this recipe for the family last week and it was a hit. I've had that same seasoning in my spice cabinet for two years and I never felt comfortable for cooking fish, I was always under the impression that I needed to cook fish much longer. Now I know better because of your instructions. Thanks again! We turned the leftovers into Fish Tacos!!!
ОтветитьNigga this some good lookin fish
ОтветитьLooks awesome!
ОтветитьLove that 2 fillets are a serving lol, would serve with dirty rice along with that corn salad
ОтветитьGreat looking dish, easy and simple and all done on the ole weber kettle grill and some good cast iron

ОтветитьBest Blacken Redfish Ever!!! Very Quick And Easy Simple Dish That I Can Prepare For My Family Since We Live On The Mississippi GulfCoast!!!
Ответитьyou could soak a shoe in that much butter and blackened seasoning and it would probably taste good. I use a similar method on my redfish and like new potatoes and broccoli for sides. I slice onion and red/orange bell peppers and cook them with the fish. it's delicious
ОтветитьI just went fishing and caught a red drum. I am on your channel to learn the best and most delicious way to cook it. It sounds good I'm going to give it a try tomorrow. Thank you for your recipe.
ОтветитьI catch Reds regularly and will blacken the next time. THANKS!!!
ОтветитьI think I'll follow this method of cast iron on grill for my small condo haha! Thanks
ОтветитьAwesome video bro
ОтветитьI'll tell you what, Malcom, I am loving your videos!
Ответитьcan I use my gas grill?
Ответитьblackened redfish is the best way to eat fish for me. I like fried fish but blackened red fish is the best.. Nice video
ОтветитьMagic is great for Reds, I enjoy your channel!
ОтветитьI don't like red fish but goddamn that looked good🤤🤤🤤
ОтветитьThis honestly looks absolutely terrible, do not follow this video!
ОтветитьAwesome video! Great job. Paul Pruhdomme's is the bomb! To save flipping the filets when seasoning, I put an ample, but thin layer on the dish, so as soo as I've pulled them from the butter and lay them out, I ssprinkle the PP's liberally on the one side. Try it and let me know your thoughts.
ОтветитьI love all your recipes...I'll have to try this one for sure!
ОтветитьAwesome video as usual 👍🏾
ОтветитьMan, I made fish tacos using mahi mahi and this seasoning last weekend. Everyone wen't nuts over how good it came out.
ОтветитьRight on....out to the grill I go! Thanks.
ОтветитьI'm doing that tomorrow....just got back from fishing in the gulf....caught a couple of big reds, having friends over for Reds, Flounder, Grouper, and Trout...This should be a hit, I'm trying to serve 3-4 ways, I'll report back! Thanks for the video, perfect amount of info!
ОтветитьBlackened Redfish was introduced to the seafood market by legendary chef Paul Purdhomme and in less than a decade the Gulf Coast Red drum was brought almost to the brink of extinction but through tagging, repopulation efforts and sustainable fishing practices we have completely repopulated this species. I’m heading to Galveston TX this weekend to catch some while they are running to Mexico for the winter. 😋
ОтветитьGot a mess of reds from last weekend. Gonna try this out tonight 🤙
ОтветитьI lived on the Gulf Coast for four years and blackened red fish was definitely one of my favorites. Can't wait to try this at home.
ОтветитьThat looked really good ! Brother in law sent us home with Red Fish fillets and said "Get that brother of mine to griddle them up on his Blackstone that we gave him last year ! Let us know how it turns out !"
He is firing up the griddle right now !!
You da man! I was looking for a good Paul Prudhomme season video and you did it perfect and looked yummy. Also, the video was right to the point!
ОтветитьIt’s funny how some folks think that “blackened” = “burned”.
ОтветитьClassic with Red Beans and Rice !!!!
ОтветитьTough to find Redfish wherever I live - lol guess I gotta move to Louisiana !! Nice Job Bro !!
ОтветитьNice one bro. Just got some slot reds this week while flounder fishing. Good lookin corn salad.
Ответитьi can not trust any one but you sir 🙌
ОтветитьAmberjack no good. Good choice with the redfish
ОтветитьYou know ....I've lived a lot of places and eaten a lot of different kinds of fish .....but few can compare to red fish .....a versatile fish that can be prepared many different ways .....and it doesn't matter how big they get they still taste good.
ОтветитьMan, I bet if you deglazed that pan with a little white wine and lemon and hit it with even more butter it would be da bomb sauce. You could even hit that with just a little heavy cream. Bet that would be good too. I think a touch of cream would be a fantastic counter-point to the blackening.
ОтветитьDang that looks delicious.
ОтветитьI like sweet potato slabs cooked just like you did the fish to go with mine.
ОтветитьLooks great
ОтветитьYou've come a long way brother...
ОтветитьI use mustard
ОтветитьThank you
