Phi Phi Island, if you come when the sky is clear and there are few people, the sea water will be very clear. The sky is beautiful and the sea is beautiful. The sand is fine like talcum powder and very white.

If you know you can get seasick on the boat, next time take motion sickness medication before you get into the boat. I don't know about Bambi, but I will get annoyed easily walking around with someone who is constantly complaining 🤪

Nothing says a luxury ride more than someone screaming "LET'S GO. LET'S GO, KEEP WALKING, GO NOW" like he was herding cattle. Jeeezus 😭. The beach itself (sand, water) seems to look great but it's tragic how tourism has trashed that place.

Koh Samui and Chiang Mai , the only 2 places I would spend time in Thailand . I found the country otherwise dirty and overrun with tourists ...

When you get 4 hours of sleep, watermelon and pineapple look the same. I never realized you could stay on Phi Phi. I imagine that's a pretty amazing experience since you can avoid the crowds with an early morning tour.

I've held off on going to Koh Phi Phi and Maya Bay due to the crowds. No doubt it's still beautiful.
I guess they stopped limiting the beach crowds to 100 people at a time?

well of couse you gonna feel like you are on a field trip because you go with that kind of tour. not everything is cheap in thailand so i would say something more expensive is for sure better.

Reminds me a Railay, I actually spent a couple night there. Even during COVID there were times where the tourists would hit up the beach area and then they take them away.

You have the area to enjoy for a good amount of time without the large crowds.

But again, when I went it was a very small amount of tourists. I had a good time but it’s not high on my revisit list.

It was pretty and all of that. The hotel I was at had rooms where you could have a private pool that was actually deep. That was awesome.

Good for those on romantic vacations.

Too touristy, i would prefer El Nido and Coron Palawan.
